A 11oz mug featuring a custom illustration by Britt that is inspired by the image you send after purchase. Simply respond to your order confirmation with the photo and we will confirm receipt!  

The illustration file is not included in this purchase - however, if you are interested in purchasing the file itself, please contact us for details.


Our custom mugs come double sided with the quote 'you will forever be my always'. If you prefer to not have the quote and to feature you and your partner's name just select that option during checkout! 

Right now, we are not accepting new requests for layout options other than the ones offered.


It is important to send us your photo immediately after you receive your order confirmation so we can get started. If there is a delay in receiving that image your processing time might be extended. 

If we do not receive an image within 48-hours, your order will be canceled and you will be notified.

Our processing time to complete your illustration is five business days.

You will receive an email once your illustration is complete with a proof. The edits we will accept include:

- spelling issues

- remove script if it was originally requested

We will not recreate the illustration as it is Britt's interpretation of the image. Please be sure to preview the images below that show illustration examples based on photos provided. 


Because we want to give each order the attention that it deserves, we will be offering this item in limited quantities throughout the year. Make sure you follow us on Instagram so you are notified when we are accepting new orders. 

Shipping Questions


When can I expect my item to ship?

  • All planner covers and planners are hand-made and ship within 10-12 business days.
  • All items in our Gift and Home Collection average 3-5 business days

All planner accessories are shipped in bubble envelopes and with First Class postage to provide better protection for your products. Items from our Home Collection will arrive separately and in boxes with necessary bubble wrap to provide protection. Stylish Planners®
ship in a box with bubble wrap to further protect. 

    My items shows that it has been delivered but I have not received it and/or it was lost in the mail. What do I do? 

    If this happens to your order, please contact us and provide your order number so we can track the status. We will contact you via email to resolve the issue.

    How do I track my order once shipped?

    All customers will receive an email notification once your item has shipped with your tracking link.

    Do you combine shipping if I already have an outstanding order?

    Yes! We do our best to check to see if you have any additional outstanding orders when fulfilling. If so, we will combine your orders and refund you the additional shipping charge. You will get an email from us letting you know you have received a refund. You can also contact us and request to combine orders. 

    Return Policy 

    We will always accept returns if your item arrives damaged. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your Stylish & Co™ purchase and experience! 


    • Our policy lasts 10 days from delivery date. If 10 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We mark your delivery date based on tracking provided by the post.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
    • All sale items are final sale. No exceptions. 
    • All digital items are final sale. No exceptions.
    • Gift cards are final sale. No exceptions.
    • We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized if the item is not damaged. Please ensure the planner cover set you select at checkout will fit your planner type and size. 

    Please ensure that you understand the items needed to use our digital planners. They are listed on the item description. Once a digital item is purchased we do not offer refunds.

    You will get your refund via the payment method provided. You will receive an email once we process your refund. Please not that your refund might appear as pending until your card has processed. This may take several days depending on your payment method.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you ordered the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us and please include your Order # so we can process your request and get back to you with return instructions.

    You must first contact our Customer Service before sending an item back for proper instructions. Visit our 'Contact Us' page to submit a ticket and please include your Order #.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Cancellation Policy (Physical Item)

    We will gladly cancel your order up-to 48-hours after your purchase, no question asked. Just Contact Us and include your order number to request your cancellation.
